These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by Tamuh (“we,” “us,” “our”), including online sessions via Zoom, group programs, and in-person retreats (collectively, “Services”). By booking or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services & Scope

We provide tantric healing / somatic and mindfulness-based offerings intended for personal growth, self-exploration, and wellbeing. Services may include coaching-style guidance, practices, and educational content.

2) Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Our Services are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and do not replace professional care. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services.

3) Eligibility

You confirm you are 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into this agreement.

4) Booking, Payment & Delivery (Wix)

Bookings and payments are processed through Wix and its payment providers. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes/fees where required. Online sessions are delivered via Zoom (or another platform we specify). You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a private space.

5) Free 30‑Minute Call

The free 30‑minute call is offered for informational/fit purposes and may be limited to one per person (unless we agree otherwise). We may decline or end the call at our discretion.

6) Cancellations & Rescheduling (Online 1:1 / Online Group)

1:1 sessions:

• Reschedule/cancel up to 24 hours before the start time to avoid being charged.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

Group programs / workshops (online):

• If a replay is offered, access details will be provided.

• Missed live attendance is your responsibility; refunds for missed sessions are not provided unless stated otherwise on the sales page.

7) Retreats (In-Person)

Retreat details (dates, location, what’s included) are described on the retreat page and form part of these Terms.

Deposits & payment plans: deposits are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Travel & insurance: you are responsible for travel arrangements and we strongly recommend travel/health insurance.
Health & participation: you agree to disclose relevant health considerations and to participate at your own pace. We may refuse participation if we believe it may be unsafe for you or others.

8) Refund Policy

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, all sales are final once a service has been delivered or a program has started. If we cancel a session/event and cannot reschedule, you will receive a refund for the unused portion.

9) Client Responsibility & Consent

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices. You agree to communicate boundaries and to stop any practice that feels unsafe. You consent to the nature of the Services as described on the relevant page.

10) Sexual Misconduct & Boundaries

Our work is focused on healing and personal development. Any sexual harassment, coercion, or boundary violations are not tolerated and may result in termination of Services without refund.

11) Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse reporting obligations, court order) or with your written permission.

12) Intellectual Property

All materials (texts, audio, video, practices) are owned by Tamuh or licensors and are for your personal use only. No copying, sharing, recording, or redistribution without written permission.

13) Testimonials

If you provide a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it for marketing. You can request removal of identifying details at any time; we will make reasonable efforts to comply.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

15) Governing Law
